GRB’s Group Vice President, Residential Mortgage Manager, Joe Leone, oversees the production and development of GRB’s mortgage department. During his tenure, GRB has continued to grow its share of the Rochester mortgage market and opened a second mortgage location in Syracuse.
Under Leone’s direction, GRB maintains an average application-to-closing timeline of just 28 days. Leone earned his Certified Residential Underwriter designation from the Mortgage Bankers Association and completed the American Bankers Association Graduate School of Banking executive education program through the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
A graduate of the University of Buffalo, Leone currently serves as the Board President for the Mortgage Bankers Association of Greater Rochester. Through the MBA, Leone is also involved in helping address housing concerns in the region through ReImagine ROC Housing.
