Edward Nash, Jr. has been involved in the mortgage industry since 1986. He enjoys working with first-time homebuyers and has a broad range of experience matching buyers with mortgage loan options that meet their financial goals.
Ed is also a leading lender in the region for manufactured housing. Manufactured housing currently accounts for more than 11% of all new housing being built in the U.S., but it does have unique lending requirements. Ed’s knowledge of lending for land, mobile homes, and prefabricated homes helps buyers work through all the requirements.
Ed earned a business degree from LeMoyne College and remains firmly anchored in central New York.
