Marketing Manager Highlighted in RBJ
It's a little strange to blog about myself, but I'm posting this RBJ article because my story exemplifies the culture at GRB. Three years ago, I joined GRB after a 13-year career in museums.
The fact that they were willing to hire someone with no banking experience at all says a lot about how important people are to the organization. We look for the right team members, even if they may not have a traditional banking background. What's important is that our employees embrace and foster "The GRB Experience," the bank's mission: understanding the Rochester business climate, being creative and entrepreneurial as a bank and for our clients, and providing service and resources that builds solid relationships with our clients.
